Where do I find the student manual for my course?

How to view the Student Manual: 

Many of our courses, including all of our CPR and first aid courses, come with a student manual. You can find the student manual for your course in three main places, follow these steps to find it in each place:

On your Dashboard:

          1. Log into your account
here
(if you haven’t already). This will take you directly to your Dashboard
          2. If you are already logged in, click on the
Dashboard link in the navy navigation bar at the top of the page, or click on the ProTrainings dot logo in the upper left of the page. Both options will take you directly to your Dashboard.

A - If your course is under Courses In Progress, click on the Resume Training or Review Training button under Step 1 of your course.  

                B - If your course is under Completed Certifications, click on vertical ellipsis (3 dots) and then click on Review Videos.

A - After clicking the Resume or Review Training button you will be directed to the training videos for your course.  Click on the Student Manual option in the black navigation bar at the top of your page. 

B - After clicking the Review Videos button you will be directed to the Training Video Library for your course.  Click on the download the student manual link towards the top of the page. 

    5 View, print, or save the student manual.

On the course page:

          1. Click on
Courses in the navy navigation bar at the top of the page. 2. To find a student manual for a CPR or first aid course, click on the CPR / First Aid category. 3. Complete the course wizard by answering the questions, or select ‘I already know the name of the course I need’ link to select a course from a list.  4. Click the blue See More Info link under the Start Now! button on the window that pops up showing the course.

        5 Scroll down and click on the
Student Manual drop-down menu, and then selectDownload Student Manual.

    6 View, print, or save the student manual.

to go to our Downloads page. 2. Scroll down to the Student Manuals section and click on the course manual you would like to use. 3. View, print, or save the student manual.
