Billing & Payments: Managing Cards, Invoices, and Receipts

Managing saved credit cards

You can add, update, or remove a credit or debit card from the Saved Credit Cards section of your dashboard.

For companies:

Go to Admin Dashboard > Account Settings > Saved Credit Cards. From there you can remove a card, disable auto-refills, add a new card, or move payments to a different card on your account.

If you added your new card and are having issues switching payments to it, email us and include the last 4 digits of your card number. Never send your full credit card information.


Paying an invoice

To pay an invoice, log into your Admin Dashboard at www.protrainings.com/login and follow these steps:

  1. Click the View Invoices icon on your dashboard.
  2. On the next screen, click the $ symbol next to the invoice you want to pay.
  3. Select your payment method: credit card or check.

Note: If you choose to pay by check, your course units will be available to employees once the check has been received.



Viewing and downloading receipts

Receipts and payment history are available under the Payment History icon on your Admin Dashboard.

  1. Log into your account at www.protrainings.com/login.
  2. Click the Payment History icon.
  3. Click the View Receipt link next to the transaction you need.
  4. Use the Print Receipt button in the upper right to print or download a copy.
